Privacy policy
6:33merch. ("we," "us," "our") operates 633merch.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and who we share it with. 633merch.com is built on Shopify, which hosts the store and processes information on our behalf to make it run.
Personal information we collect. Depending on how you interact with the store, we collect:
- Contact details: name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number
- Payment information: card or payment account details, transaction amount, and payment confirmation. Full card numbers are processed and encrypted by our payment provider; we don't store them ourselves.
- Order and transaction information: what you've ordered, order history, and any communication with us about an order
- Communications: whatever you include when you contact us, such as a support email
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the site, collected automatically through cookies
Where it comes from. Directly from you, when you check out or contact us; automatically through the site via cookies; and from Shopify, which processes some of this on our behalf as our hosting platform.
Why we use it.
- To process and fulfill your order, including payment, shipping, and customer service
- To send order and shipping confirmations
- To send marketing emails about new drops or offers, only if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time
- To detect and prevent fraud and keep checkout secure
- To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records
- To understand aggregate site traffic and improve the store
Who we share it with. We don't sell personal information. We share it only as needed to run the store:
- Shopify, our e-commerce platform, which hosts the site and processes orders, payments, and site data on our behalf. Shopify's own privacy practices are described at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Our payment processor, to complete transactions.
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), to deliver your order.
- Legal disclosure, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect against fraud.
As of this policy's effective date, we don't run third-party ad tracking or retargeting, and we don't share information with marketing or advertising partners. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Cookies. Shopify sets certain cookies required for the store to function: cart contents, checkout, login sessions, and fraud prevention. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser, though blocking some cookies may affect checkout.
Data retention. We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
Your rights. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting hello@633merch.com. You can also view and manage your order history and account details directly at account.633merch.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We aren't currently required to offer a "do not sell or share" opt-out under state privacy law, since a business only falls under that requirement past certain revenue or data-volume thresholds; if that changes as the store grows, this section will be updated with a working process, not just a stated right.
Children. This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Complaints. If you have concerns about how we handle your information, contact hello@633merch.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
