Shipping policy

Effective August 29, 2026

Order processing. Orders are processed within 3 business days before they ship. This is separate from transit time below.

Domestic shipping (United States only at launch).

• Free standard shipping on all products, including the premium item, included in the listed price.
• Estimated transit time: 3 to 5 business days after the order ships

Transit times are estimates from the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the package), not a guarantee. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can extend delivery beyond the estimate, and we can't promise a specific delivery date.

Tracking. A tracking number is provided by email when your order ships, when the carrier supports it.

Lost or damaged in transit. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at hello@633merch.com and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.

Address accuracy. We ship to the address provided at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
