About the store. 633merch.com is operated by 6:33merch., based in Texas, United States. We currently sell to customers in the United States only.

Products. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but actual color may vary slightly by screen. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing or description errors, and discontinue any product without notice.

Orders and payment. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or error. If we cancel or modify your order, we'll notify you at the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Shipping and final sale. All products are sold final sale. Shipping terms and the defective-item exception are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy, linked in our footer.

Acceptable use. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false information.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, 6:33merch. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products purchased through it. Nothing in this section limits liability that can't be limited under Texas or federal law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law.
